Friend, for Combined Medical Service Examination, it is required that candidate must possess the MBBS degree from any recognised university. So medical degree especially MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery) is sufficient to be eligible for above mentioned examination. Here required age limit for general category candidate is 18-32 years. No, dear its not possible bcoz UPSC not conducts exam out of country. so guys If you want to take UPSC CMS exam then only give you in china country this exam....
