Hello Friend,
If an arts graduate can crack IAS exam, you can yourself decide if an M.Tech student can also do it or not. It doesn't matter if one is from arts, science or engineering background. The most important things that are required are DEDICATION and WILL TO BE SUCCESSFUL. If you have these in you, you can crack IAS exam.

it does't matter dear that you are M.Tech graduate candidates if you want to do IAS then offcourse you can apply for it....................but mostly IAS exam only held graduate basis............
