DEAR, You will have to appear in the civil services exam organised by the UPSC every year, and in that you will have to qualify the exam, with good rank in order to be in the merit list of IRS officer. After being an IRS officer you will become a customs officer. To clear this civil services exam, you can have coaching classes, at various institutes, but there is no any college, providing courses for being an IRS and customs officer.
