yes you can become a custom officer through upsc exam. upsc conducts a csat exam for the recruitment of custom officer, qualify it to become a custom officer.

Custom officers are generally recruited through SSC by Graduate Level Exam.But the posts through UPSC are higher posts than through SSC.You can get into Customs or Revenue services or in Audit Services etc.Prepare well and go for the exam.You can get into Customs or Revenue with relative less rank in the Mains final rank.All the best
