UPSC is the government organization which conducts the exams like IA,IPS,IFS,IES,CDS,CMS etc.
All the exams are conducted by UPSC is on the graduation level.
These exams are for the highest civil services post in India for their perticular fields.
The Examination procedure of UPSC exams are :-
1.Preliminary exam
2.Mains exam
3.Interview.
There is very simple procedure for application for the UPSC exams.
You can apply online for the exams after graduation through UPSC website.
You must have to clear the preliminary and mains exams to make your chances to become an officer.

for giving the upsc examination. First of all you need to fill the eligibility criteria which states that you should be a graduate from a recognized indian university in any stream.
And your age should be in between 21-30 years. A relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and sc./st category respectively.
The exam has three phases
1. Prelims
2. Mains
3. Interview
Prelims is of objective type and the mains is of subjective type.
If you did not clear the prelims examination, you wont be able to sit for the mains.
The complete process takes almost an year to complete.
Anf if you clear all the three phases then you will be able to become an IAS officer
