Sorry Female candidate are not eligiblefor NDA. It is only for unmarried man.

So Girl can not apply for this exam. But she canapply other defence exam like:

CDS (Common Defence Services)
TGS (Technical Graduate Course)
AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College)

Educational Qualification should be graduate from any recognized university.

Age should be between 19-25 years

Height Should be 152.5 cms.

candidate Should be mentally and physically fit.

If you fulfill these criteria you can apply.

GIRLS candidates apply CDA EXAM .

CDS ELIGIBILITY:-

you must have to passed graduate from the recognized university.

you must be indian.

you should be unmarried.

you should be physically fit.



AGE CRITERIA:-

for INDIAN ARMY = 19 TO 22 YEARS

for INDIAN NAVY = 19 TO 23 YEARS

for INDIAN AIR FORCE = 19 TO 24 YEARS.

As per rules and regulations of the UPSC NDA exams ,female candidates are not allowed for the examinations due to the fact that only unmarried male candidates are allowed to apply for the examinations.

From female 's point of view ,they are allowed to give the CDS examinations if they are interested to join the defence.

Bachelor's degree is the minimum academic qualifications required for the examinations.Final year candidates can also apply for the examinations .

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services Examination.
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).


The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Girls are not Eligible for NDA - National Defence Academy

Girls are eligible In the Indian Army through the Short Service Commission ( SSC) .You can apply for the Indian Army through the Short Service Commission .If you completed the PG / B.Sc in Nursing or PB B.Sc then you are eligible for this field


Education Qualification � You have to complete the PG / PB B.SC or you can also eligible if you completed the B.Sc in the Nursing from INC recognized University.


Physical fitness � You have to fit according the physical standards provided in the military and chest and abdomen will tested by the X-Ray test. In the finally the Physical fitness of the each candidates is conferred by the medical officers.


Selection Process � The first step is the you have to appear for the written exam which is conducted in the Delhi .and the candidates who qualify in the exam will be short listed and as [per the vacancies and requirement candidates will be called for the Interview. After the Interview next one is the Medical Examination /This all process takes the three to five days and the candidates who will call for the Interview such candidates� all traveling cost and other residence cost is given by the department.

NO FEMALE CAN NOT APPLY FOR THE NDA.

NDA is only for the boys,the female candidates are eligible only after graduation.
To some extent it is true that the entry of the girls is little bit difficult in compare to the boys in the defense.

Female candidates will have to wait till their graduation.
