sorry Dear you are not eligible for civil services exam because the minimum eligibility of CSAT exam is gradudation and you are in 12th.

Eligibility Criteria for CSAT
Age limit
age should be 21 to 30 years
age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years

Educational Qualification
should be graduate from a recognized university in any stream
there is no limit of marks or percentage.

Sorry,Dear you can not apply Civil Service Exam after passing 12th.

Because there is minimum education qualification should be Graduation.

So dear for Civil Services Exam first of all your would be complete your Graduation, after then you can apply.

After passing 12th you can Apply NDA.

For NDA your age should be between 16.5 - 19 years

Sorry but you cannot apply for Civil services after 12th as the minimum qualification required is a bachelor degree.


The eligibility criteria for Civil Services states that:
1.You must be a bachelor degree holder from a recognised university.
2.You must be in between 21 to 30 years on 1st january of the year of exam but there is a age relaxation of 3 years for OBC category candidates and 5 years for SC/ST category candidates.

I am sorry to inform you that your are applicable for the civil services examinations as bachelor's degree in any stream is the minimum qualification required in terms of academic requirements.So kindly complete your graduation first then think about the civil services examination.

The age range is 21-30 years for the general candidates.Relaxations are provided to obc and sc/st respectively.

If you are interested in UPSC exams then after passing 10+2 ,you can give the UPSC examinations like:

1.Special class railway apprentice examinations.

>>10+2 in science stream with minimum 60 % marks in it.

>>AGe limit :17-21 years

2.NDA/NA examinations.

>>Age limit: 16.5 -19 years.


However if you are only interested in civil services examinations only then you can start your preparation right from the first year of bachelor's degree as these examinations are very tough.It need lots of labour .For better preparation,you may even join the coaching institutes like:

You can not apply for civil service exam with 12th class.

Eligibility criteria for CIvils

1) Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

2)Age : The upsc civil exam appear candidates age between 21 to 30 years .Age relaxation for SC ,ST ,OBC ,handicapped persons details given below.

(i)5 years age relaxable for SC,ST candidates

(ii)3 years age relaxable for OBC candidates

(iii)5 years age relaxable for defence service personnel

(iv)5 years age relaxable for ECOs /SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years assignment in the military service.

(v)5 years age relaxable in the case of ECOs/SSCOs who have completed an initial period of 5 years in military service.

(vi)10 years age relaxable for blind ,deaf .mute and orthopedically ,handicapped persons.

3) Educational Qualification: The upsc civils examination appearing candidates must be a graduation completed from the recognized university.

The notification and application form released by the upscin the month of the February-2013.
+2 passed candidates are not eligible for the exam becausefor the exam candidate must havegraduate in any stream from the approved university.
So dear firstly complete the graduation then you areeligible for the exam.
The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.

No dear you are not eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Services exams after completing your 12th class means the 12th passed candidates are not eligible to apply for any civil services exams but if you want to apply for civil services exam then you should have at least a completed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or Institution and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years. Upper age relaxation only for SC/STs which is 5 years and OBCs which is 3 years.

You can apply for NDA and SCRA exam after completing 12th exams but your age should not be more than 19 years for NDA and 21 years for SCRA exam.

I am REALLY SORRY to say that YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE Civil Services Examination after passing Class 12th.

This is because of a few reasons. First of all IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Services. This is one of the most reputed and tedious exams to cross in the post graduate level.

Now as per the their Eligibility Criteria's of the IAS, the minimum educational qualification which is needed is GRADUATION. You have to be a minimum graduate in ANY stream to apply for this examination.

Hence your candidature after Class 12th gets cancelled. You should take up a graduation in ANY stream from a recognized college or educational university in order to become Eligible for this exam.
