    hi friend

why are you worrying ? as we all know that India is a secular country and in India every religion has same priority.

the constitution of India has given same advantages to all religions.

so,of course, muslims are allowed for the upsc examinations.

    >>your minimum academic qualification must be graduation for all exams except NDA and SCRA for which it is 10+2.

    >>your age should be between 21-30 if you belong to general category of any religion.

    >>21-33 years for obc of religion.

    >>21-35 to sc/st of any religion.

    >>you must be an Indian citizen

also the no of attempts are same for every caste of every religion.

    >>4 for general

    >>7 for obc.

    >>unlimited for sc/st.

yes dear for sure muslims can also apply for upsc exams as other Indians do because upsc is not a communal organization.
anyone from any community of India can apply for upsc exams if he/she is eligible for any for the upsc exam.
the main eligibility for upsc exams like cds, civil services, cpf etc is graduation in any subject form a recognized university under ugc and age of the applicant should be between 21-30 years if he/she belongs to general category.
also there is age relaxation of 3years and 5 years for obc and sc/st aspirants respectively.

    Dear friend ,

as you know India is a secular country and you are living in a free country.

so you are allowed to take part in the upsc examination and all the other examinations
    in India.

it doesn't matter that you are a Muslim but the matter is that you are an indian or not.

but there are other qualifications also required to be eligible for the same.

    3. you must be in between 21-30years
