It is really upsetting. But i think you must make a genuine mistake during form fill-up.
Anyway have you print the submitted form. If everything is correct in that print out, then a way must be out.
However,there should be no problem in appearing your examination.
If you get selected in the written test,then you show the print out of your submitted form. They must be convinced.

I am having a similar issue. My admit card and the application both are showing my name without a space or a full stop to separate my name and my initial. Hence it is continuous. Kindly let me know if this would cause any problem with my appearance in the exam.
