Age limit for general category specified in 2013 notification is 'A candidate must have attained the age of 20 yrs and must not have attained the age of 25 yrs on 1st August 2013'.You are an OBC candidate.So you have 3 years of age relaxation.That means you must not have attained the age of 28 years on 1st August 2013.
This year CAPF exam is on 20th October 2013.Last date for submission of application is 5th August 2013.

Eligibility for UPSC Central Police Force Assistant Commandant Examination 2013
Graduation is mandatory to be eligible for this examination so all candidates should be graduate from a recognized university or institute
Age limits are strictly necessary to be followed by all candidates which are - Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years
Candidates who have passed 25 years of age and belongs to reserved category may claim for upper age relaxation which is -
3 years for OBC category, 5 years for SC/ST and 5 years for Central Government Employee and Ex-Servicemen
According to your mentioned date of birth you have completed - 27 years and 3 months of your age as on 01-01-2013 and belongs to OBC category so dear you will have to claim for upper age relaxation that you will get of upto 3 years so you will be allowed to appear for this examination till 28 years of your age
