My height and weight are 5'9'' and 80 KG respectively. Am I eligible for Indian Civil Services?

I am doing bachelor in hospital management, am i eligible to appear in Indian civil service exam(IPS)? also my weight (80kg) can be a problem? My height is 5.9inch
