my height is not proportionate to my weight in the sense i'm 43kgs with 5.3' as well i will put spectacles for near sightedness.With coming year 2013 i'm just getting 21 and would have completed BE.My question is what in the sense,am i having the eligibility to write the IAS exam conducted by UPSC?

Hello Friend,
This is not necessary that to become an IAS should be physically fit.
Handicapped persons can also become an IAS, and you have only less height, and spectacles.
So, dont worry for itand prepare for it with full devotion to your exams.

>> just you have to fit in educational and age qualification and you can apply for this exam.
