No, friend UPSC is not going to make any changes in the syllabus of IES exam.

I have checked the UPSC official website http://upsc.gov.in

UPSC didn�t publish such kind of information.

whatever it is ... it is supposed to be from the next year only ...

this year we dont have any changes ..!!

dear friend there is no any kind of official notice announced for the change in the syllabus or the pattern of the indian engineering services exam. The exam is conducted by the upsc and all the decisions regarding this exam are taken up the upsc only.
And there is no notice or any information that has been generated by the upsc.
