Dear friend,
since the form is online than you have no need to submit the printout of your application form to the upsc head office.
because it is not written in the original advertisement of civil services examination released by upsc.
so you just fill the application form online and get back to doing preparation for the same .
good luck!!
Dear,
The UPSC only wants the application through online. There is no need of sending the Print out copy or any other documents to its head office. So to apply online, please visit www.upsconline.nic.in and then click on to ORA (Online Recruitment Application) link and then fill the form up as its direction. Thanks....
