Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
Sorry Friend but it's not possible to write Civil Services Examination after Intermediate (BiPC) Since you do not satisfy the educational qualification required for the Civil Services Examination.
The Educational Qualification Required For Civil Services Examination is as follows:
--> The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized universityFinal year degree students are also eligible
--> Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university
So you have to do the graduation first in any discipline from university recognized by UGC and then you can apply for Civil Services Examination.

Well friend i am sorry to say that intermediate students are not eligible to give civil services exam(ias or ips).only graduate students can apply for this exam.final year students are also eligible to give this exam.

For civil services examination minimum qualification is required that candidate should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
After 12th you are not eligible for civil services examination.
So, firstly you go for graduation and you will be eligible in last year of graduation.
It does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation only you should be graduate.
Candidate must be under 21-30 years.
