See,there is no limit on the marks that you need to get in the graduation in order to sit for the exam.
The fact is that you need to have a degree from a recognized university!
That's it.
So you have done a degree course,hence you qualify for this criteria.
Now,you just need to make sure that you also fulfill the age criteria as well.

Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
UPSC doesn't consider marks so don't worry about it. You just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Exam.

You are eligible for civil service exam. Please note that for UPSC exams there are not any fixed percentage required. For civil service exam you have any graduate degree from a recognized university. And your age should lies between 21 to 30 years for General candidates, there are 3 year age relaxation for OBC and % years for SC/ST candidates.

Yes you are eligible for civil services exam because in this exam marks are no bar to it for applying.The only thing is needed you hold a graduation degree and you are post graduate so certainly you can apply for it.
dear percentage is not necessary for UPSC exams you are simple class pass graduate then also you can apply for civil exams bcoz for civil exam candidates should be graduate from recognized university.

the age must be in between =21-30 years(relaxation age for SC/ST/OBC).
must be medically fine.
both men and women can appear for the exam.
must be citizen of india.
***if you are willing to join civil service then before applying for the exam,make sure that you satisfy the conditions required for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Civil Service Exam 2013 :
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam
Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
Dear according to your mentioned qualification you are 100% eligible to apply for civil service exam and you should apply for this exam between - 02-02-2013 to 04-03-2013 and you can appear for IAS prelims exam at - 19th of may 2013 at your selected examination center
Prelims exam has 2 papers which are conducted in objective type mode for 400 marks and qualifying in each paper is necessary to reach to the mains examination and if you got failed then you would not be eligible to apply for mains examination
