according to me dear you should have all documents from 10th standard to graduation for apply civil exam. Now you are graduate from Karnataka University n you are also eligible for civil exam. But in case UPSC will require all documents from you then what have to do so, dear collect your all documents then think for civil exam.

Hi,it doesn't matter if you passport from distance mode but for sure your university should be recognised.If you match elegiblety criteria below you will be elegible for this examLET AS SEE ELEGIBLETY CRITERIA:-EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.AGE CRITERIA:For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 30 yearsFor OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 33 yearsFor SC/ST category candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years.NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:4 attempts for General category candidates7 attempts for OBC category candidatesUnlimited attempts for sc/st category candidates
The eligibility for the civil exam is :
* yOu need to have passed your graduation from recognized university.
* Age limit 21-30 yrss..
