YES,many of examination conducted by the upsc for aspirants having different stream but given a same platform to compete in their chosen subjects among offered list of subjects(subjects which are relevant to carry those posts later on)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::

You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. HOWEVER,there is a relaxation in the upper age limit,

Yes of course after completing B.Sc. IT you can fill the application form of UPSC. For it you have to go to www.upsc.gov.in or www.upsconline.nic.in.
The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.

Yes,It is possible to write the Union public service commission exam after completion of B.sc course and also final year student eligible for this examination but one condition your course completion certificate will submit on the institution.I will provide detailed information in below.

yes dear being a b.sc IT graduated candidate you can write upsc exam. but in exam no IT related question will be there so you need to prepare well if you want to clear the exam...also your graduation should complete from a recognized university.

You can definitely write UPSC exams after completion of B.Sc.
All you need to have is Graduation(Bachelor Degree).
So on this basis, you're eligible to write all exams.
And there are no subjects related to IT in the whole UPSC. You need to select other subjects.
