hi,

facing the interview is the biggest phobia of any candidate appearing for IAS. i would suggest you following measures to crack the interview-

1. be simple and precise in your answers and state the facts only about which you are completely sure.

2. speak good english, avoid grammatical and pronunciation mistakes.

3. work well on your body language, you must not seem nervous and anxious during the interview.

4. keep a smiling face and don't try to beat around the bush if you are not aware of any question asked.

5. eye contact is very important.

6. you should read the books on successful interviews and should arrange mock interviews and group discussions with your mates.
