Civil services examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year and to apply for this examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognised University, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for this examination. But for this your age should between 21 to 30 years, upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.
This examination is Conducted in 2 stages, Preliminary examination and Main examination.
Preliminary examination is also called Civil services aptitude test (CSAT), And you have to cracked the Preliminary examination first, only then you will be appeared for Main examination, Main examination is Descriptive and you have to choose the Optional Subject in Main examination on the basis of your Graduation only.
Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. If you have already applied for this year examination, then please prepared well for that, only then you will get success in this examination and for more information check official website :

IES ie:- Indian Economic Service and this Examination is conducted by upsc ie:- Union Public Service . This Examination is held every once in a year .
This Examination is conducted during the month of November.
This Examination is divided into three levels namely , Preliminary Examination / Main Examination and Interview .
Eligibility Criteria required for IES Examination :-
>> Applicant should be Citizen of India.
>> Applicant should be in betweenf 21 years and less than 28 years
>> Applicant should be Qualified in graduation in any one of the specialization like,( Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, Econometrics Etc..) from recognized University .
