Hello
YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY APPLY FOR UPSC EXAMS AFTER COMPLETING B.TECH AND MBBS LIKE DEGREES.
The UPSC conducts several exams and in all those exams the minimum criteria is always graduation from any stream, the stream is really not a issue for UPSC.
Any body who is graduate is applicable, there are very few exams conducted by UPSC which has a special requirement of any stream. One of them is Indian Economic Services where you need a post graduate degree in economics, other than these in any UPSC exam the stream is not of that issue.
You just need to be relax in the stream and also the percentage, both of them are not really considered you can apply for UPSC with only passed percentage.
