UPSC Exam Qualification belongs to SEBC category:
1)Candidate must have an indian citizen.
2)Candidate must have a degree of any of the recognized university.
3)Age should be in between 21 to 30years(relaxation up to 3 years).
Number of attempts:7.
Above mentiond qulifications is only for SEBC category.
