Chemical Engineers are eligible for civil services examination.

For that examination every graduate can apply it does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation.
And also you can apply in the last year of graduation.

Age Limit :-

Your age must be under 21-30 years,
3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates , 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates and also for government employee and 10 years of age relaxation for physically handicapped candidates.
