Should I attach the Postage stamp on the Envelope or on the Acknowledgement card as these are two places where stamps can be pasted?

Hi ,
Can anyone let me know that the Rs.6/- stamp has to be pasted only on the ENVELOPE or on the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD also.
As there are two places where stamps are to be affixed.
Also , I wud like to know that the photograph should be in COLOUR or BLACK&WHITE.
Please help me out of this.

Dear Candidate,
-The postage stamp is always posted on the envelope containing the application form.So you should paste the Rs 6 stamp on the envelope itself and not on the acknowledgment.
-It is the CRF stamps which are posted on the application form,as they are used as a medium of payment of the form fee.
-Again,as you have not mentioned which form you are filling,it is not possible to advice you,whether to use a coloured photograph or a black and white one.
-So its best recommended for you to follow,as directed,the ways and requirements of fill the form.

you can affix postage stamp on the envelope,there is no requirement of affixing it on the acknowledgement card.

generally UPSC seeks coloured photograph for any of its examination so I will suggested that affix the same or rather follow the instruction from the leaflet comes along with the form.

you have to paste postage stamp on envelope and acknowledgement card also. and on application form you have to paste CRF with cancellation.

for photograph follow the instructions.

dear you are suppose to past the CRF stamp only on the application form,
on the envelop consisting application form on this envelop you are to paste stamps if you posting them by ordinary post but if you are posting by speed post then there is no need to past stamp on the envelop.
