You can take any stream if you want to be a Civil Service Officer -IAS,IFS,IRS etc.Your stream of graduation does not matters.And also in the exam of Civil services,only one paper will be of your choice and the rest will be from different fields of education and general awareness so any particular stream does not get benefit.You can take whichever stream in 12th and any subject of your choice in Graduation.
It is very simple to become an IAS officer you can write UPSC entrance examination.This IAS exam.is conducted by UPSC 2 times in a year.This is one of the Civil Services Exam.To get the IAS eligibility no need to be a PCMB student.

So If you think you can handle PCMB in your class 12th and take it to your graduation then take it otherwise you can change it in your graduation.
