You need to appear in the UPSC Civil Services Exam(CSE) to become an IAS Officer after your graduation.
UPSC CSE is conducted every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.
You need to secure a top rank in the CSE Final Merit List to get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc.
CSE is conducted in three stages :
1.CSAT/Prelims Exam-is conducted to shortlist candidates for Mains Exam.Civil Services Aptitude Test(CSAT)is the
first step and mandatory for all candidates.Only candidates successful in the CSAT are allowed to participate in the
next stage i.e.Mains Exams.CSAT consists of 2 Papers of General Studies of 200 marks each.
2.Mains exam-is conducted to test the indepth knowledge and intellegence of the candidates.Choice of 2 otional subjects
have to be made at this stage and 2 papers of each subject prepared.Mains exams consist of 9 Papers and is of total 2000 marks.
3.Interview-is the test of personality of candidates.It is of 300 marks.Must clear the Mains exams to get the Interview Call.
It is the final stage in the selection and candidates are ranked in a Merit List based on their performance.Based on the rank they are given posts.
So securing a good rank in the CSE is very imp to get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,etc.

Educational Qualifiction :
Minimum qualifiction is graduation in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised University.
Final Year appeared/appearing candidates can also apply.
Percentage in graduation is not a criteria,only a Pass class in graduation is required to apply.
After your Junior college finish your graduation and then you can apply to CSE.
