dear aspirant,for eligible to upsc ,ias exam you must require minimum 50% agreegate marks in graduation.

in UPSC there is no consideration of percentage.
so you don't need to worry about percentage and just concentrate on completing on your graduation.

you have complete the graduation from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.

- There is no percentage bar in appearing the exams conducted by the UPSC.
- You can appear the Civil Services exams,conducted for recruitment of candidates in the honorary posts of IAS,IPS,etc. ,if you have secured the passing percentage in your Graduation or equivalent.
>> The Civil Services exams are conducted annually by the UPSC.
>> The application forms are made available in the first week of February.The ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for the CIVIL SERVICE exams are mentioned below ::
01. NATIONALITY.
You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.
02. AGE LIMITS.
You must be 21 TO 30 YEARS OF AGE.

because there are no percentage bars for the upsc exams,
so if you scored atleast minimum passing marks then you are eligible for the exam,

Dear, UPSC did not mention any minimum requirement of marks. All those candidates who have pass there Graduation or in their final year or final Semester can apply for UPSC Exams. So, don't worry about your marks which you have score in your Graduation. But you have to score high marks as you can, in your UPSC Exams. because it will keep you stand in the merit list...So, Good Luck...and work hard....

There in no minimum %age required for the upsc exam but only needed is you have passed your graduation from recognized university.

As per the notification of UPSC Civil services,you need to have passed graduation to be eligible for the exam.There is nothing mentioned about marks in graduation.You can apply with whatever marks you have.But if you go through prelims and go for interview,your low marks in graduation would be a matter of attraction and it will lead to some questions in the interview definitely.And if you can not convince them with proper answers for your lack of marks,then your progress will be tough.I suppose your marks are good and this query was for self satisfaction only.All the best
