dear candidates UPSC don't require percentage only if you are simple graduate from recognized university. Then you can apply for UPSC exams.

Hi,As far as percentage in UPSC exam is concern ,UPSC don't require percentage only if you are simple graduate from recognized university. Then you can apply for UPSC examsELEGIBLETY CRITERIA:-Candidates must be a indianCandidates complete degree in any stream from recognized universityCandidates age limit between 20 years to 3YearsAge relaxation as per govt rules 3 , 5 years for OBC , SC/ST candidatesgood luck

There are many exams that is conducted by the UPSC,but there is no issue of percentage with the UPSC.All the exams that is conducted by the UPSC,the percentage is never asked,you should be only passed.
Hence neither the each year percentage nor the aggregate of the three years graduation is necessary for the UPSC exams.

UPSC doesn't consider marks/percentage so don't worry about it, you just need to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the concerned Exam.
Various Exams are conducted by UPSC for graduates some for them are listed below:
Civil Services Exam (IAS,IRS, IPS)
Engineering Services Exam (Civil,mechanical,electrical, electronics engg)
IFS Exam (Forest Services)
CDS Exam (Combined Defence Services)
ISS Exam (Statistical Services)
CPF Exam (Central Police Force)
CMS Exam (Combined Medical Services)
The Basic eligibility criteria for maximum exams are:
The candidate should have a degree in any discipline from university recognized by UGC. Final Year students can also apply.
The candidate should be Indian
The age limit is 21-30 years

there is no such criteria of percentage in civil services., you just need a graduation from a ugc recognised university in any field.
