CGPA stands for COLLECTIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE
Aggregate and the CGPA is the same thing.
Aggregate means the number of marks you have got in your degree and the CGPA is the representation off these marks in average on ten point scale.
For example if you got 60% marks in your degree then your CGPA will be 6.0 .
So do not confuse in these terms.
If you want to apply for the civil services exams then you must have following eligibility:-
>>You must have a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university
>>You must have a passing marks in your graduation but you should not have backlogs in your graduation
>>Your age must lies in between 21-30 years.
>>Reservation in age is given to the reserved categories.

cgpi is same as the aggregate the only diiference is that cgpi has relative marking and aggregate has absolute marking.
you can apply for civil services at any cgpi or percentage., providing that you have passed your graduation and other eligibilities applicable.
