Then i suggest you should to choose ART.
i not arts student i'm a S student .
I suggest you because art is comfortable for cracking IAS exam.
If you are not able to decide at all then you can go with bachelors in arts or otherwise you can choose your stream level graduation.As one have passed graduation in any stream from recognized university.

For IAS , you need to be a graduate in any stream.
IAS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission, every year.
Eligibility criteria for IAS exams are -
You should be an Indian citizen.
You should have bachelor�s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Your age should be between 21 years to 30 years, if general category.
The IAS exam is conducted in three stages �
Preliminary exam
Main exam
Interview.
SO, first you should complete your graduation and then you can apply for the IAS exam.
