Yes , you are eligible for civil services examination.
IAS comes into civil services. For that you give civil services examination.
B.Arch is a graduation course and after graduation every candidate can apply for civil services examination.
But for that exam it is compulsory that you are coming in all requirements which are such as :
- Candidate must be citizen of Indian.
- Candidate must be passed his/her graduation from a recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
- Candidate must be into 21-30 years.
- Male/Female both are eligible.

for IAS you have to apply for Civil Services Exam that is conducted by UPSC every year. Civil Services Exam is conducted in three phase. and you are required to clear all the phases. In Civil Services exam there is tough competition and you will have to work hard to clear the exam.
