There is no percentage restriction in CDS. One needs to have passed Graduation in the relevant stream to be eligible for CDS exam.
And always keep in mind there is no relaxation based on CASTE wise reservations for any defence jobs. There is no reservation or relaxation in eligibility,physical,medical, selection etc for any SC/ST/OBC or any one else.
The marks required to be eligible for CDS is pass marks in the degree of graduation.

CDS exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year to join following;-

First of all i want to inform you that UPSC hasn't mentioned any percentage criteria for CDS examination.So if you are having a Degree with just pass marks in it then also you will be eligible for CDS exam.
So apply for CDS exam without worrying about your Graduation percentage. You should only concentrate on the examination and be well prepared for it because the selection will be on the basis of performance in the exam conducted by UPSC.

The exam will have a written exam in its first stage. If you perform well in the written exam then you will be shortlisted for SSB.
SSB is Service Selection Board and its conducts the interview for selected candidates. It is of 5 days duration and there will be various group tasks and interview.
The marks in written and SSB taken together will decide the merit for selection into the academy. If you are in merit and pass the medical exam then you can join the academy for training. After completion of training you will become officer in Indian Defense.

The exam is conducted by the upsc twice in an year and for giving this exam, it is compulsory for you to be in the graduation or you should have completed your gradauation.
