and like everyone other you can also apply and succeed
infact from last two years women are the toppers
of this exam....
They don't face any problem, as if there are no difficulties for them
...
They can give exam and crack....as men's do

Civil service exam is for both male and female candidates,you got the false information.there is no difficulties are faced womens in civil service exam
you can apply for civil service exam freely if you are a graduate nad your age should be in between 21 to 30 years
in civil service exams girts need not to pay the application fee.girle are exmpted for civil service exam apllication fee
once you can check the below eligibilities
eligibilities creteria for civiul service exam;-
educational qualification;-the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity
age limits;-
general-21 to 30 years-maximum 4 attempts for cse exam
obc-21 to 33 years-maximum 7 attempts for cse exam
sc/st-21 to 35 years-no limit for cse exam
