yes if you want so .

you can surely apply for the the upsc civil services examination after your retirement for the INDIAN ARMY.

graduation or engineering in any stream is main eligibility to apply for the upsc examinations .
as you are graduate you are fully eligible to apply for this examination.

age limit to apply for this exam is

21-30 years for the general category
21-33 years for the OBC category
21-35 years for the SC/ST category.

along with it as you will considered as an retired central government employee
you will be given an extra age relaxation of five years for the upsc civil services examination.

    Dear Friend

Yes,sure, you are eligible to apply for the UPSC examinations after retirement from the Indian army but it depends upon one thing that your age should be between the limitations of UPSC exams:

    General: 21-30 years.

    OBC:21-33 years.

    SC/ST: 21-35.

    >>being a central government employee, you will get an extra age relaxation of five years.

    Some other requirement are:

You must have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognised university.

let you aware of the paper pattern of UPSC CSE exam.It consists of three stages :

    1.Preliminary test

    2.Main examination.

    3.Personal interview.

    No of attempts:

    >>General:4

    >>SC/ST: no limit.

    >>OBC: 7

You can apply for the civil services examination at www.upsconline nic.in.

    Hope the answer helps you.

    all the best
