If you are quite confident in Physics then you can go for it but the thing is you choose the optional in a way that you are able to score good in it and moreover this may be true that it is an difficult subject..but if you are able to prepare well in it then no problem otherwise you can choose any other option..
It depends on the individual interest and the type of preparation. some people say that it is tough but some say that it is easy so don't bother about anyone just opt the subjects according to your field of interest.

I think you are in confussion,if you are good knowledge in physics then obsolutely select physics.
One should you have to remember when we want to interest any one then automatically we found all information on that.So in my opinion You are in interest in physics then you can select physics.
