yes dear, upsc will respond you and your mails if you give the full details about what you want to know or what is your problem and what is your request. just like if you want to know about your call letter status and not received call letter than you have to give all the details like your application form registration no., your name ,date of birth,father's name, address , and all the general details and also your contect no. and your mailing address.so they can contact you easily and and give the advise and suggestion to you regarding your quire .thank you !!!!
yes, UPSC is interactive to solve the problems of aspirants. you can see in all notifications issued by UPSC, there will be a toll free number as a helpline, which candidates can use to get their queries answered. UPSC also appointed a panel of public information officers to answer various queries related to examinations conducted by UPSC, policy matters regarding examination, promotion related issues etc. I dont know what your problem is, so i have attached a list of public information officers, the subject matter which they are responsible to answer, their contact numbers , email ID etc. you can also look into the citizen's charter page in upsc.gov.in website
