Hiii friend ......the abilities and qualities means your hardwork and your time management and your confidence levels......you should crack the UPSC exam while you are reading 14hr per a day .....it is some hard to do but it is fact....to come first rank in UPSC is not an easy thing ...You need to have a lot of hardwork and practice previous papers then only you will be able to get good rank in UPSC exam......coming to physical requirements that is depend upon the post you are applying ...minimum height is 157 and eye sight should not be greater than 6 ....and no sergeries has no takesplace....these are the minimum qualifications to get into UPSC exam....any way all the best my friend....

physical requirements is only for the ips post.

height is requied 165 cm and chest without expand 80 cm and with expand 85 cm.

Requirement for UPSC exam

You should be graduate in any branch from recognized university or its equivalent.

You should be in age of 21 to 30 years.

Age relaxation as per government norms

SC/ST + 5 years

OBC + 3 years

PH + 10 years

No marks of percentage required to this exam.

You must be Indian.

You should be physically fit.
