Friend, as IAS is conducted by UPSC in all over India, thus according to me the age for all students who want to give IAS exam in India remains the same that is 21-30 years age for general and 21-33 years age for OBC.

IAS exam is central exam which is conducted by UPSC.
IAS exam age limit is same as for Every citizen of India.
IAS exam age limits;-
Age limit is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.
3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Education QUALIFICATION;-
You must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university in any stream.
Appearing in final year candidates are also Eligible.
If you are Uttrakhand or any other Indian state, Age limit is 21-30 years.
UPSC age rules is valid for every Indian state.

All Indians are eligible for the exam.
So, age limit for every state is same. It does not matter that you belong to which state, All the states have same age limit.
So if you belong to any state same age limit will be followed every where.
Here below are the age limits which is required:-
** If you belong to General category then your age limit should be between 21 to 30 yrs.
Other reserved categories have been provided some age relaxation like If you belong to OBC category then you must be between 21 to 33 yrs
SC/ST should have age limit between 21 to 35 yrs.
Other eligibility criteria is as follows:-
you must have done your graduation from a recognised university.
Also being in the final year you can give the final exam.
You must be an Indian.
No. of attempts for the exam is as follows:
General- 4
OBC- 7
SC/ST- unlimited no. of attempts.

First of all i would like to inform you that there is no particular age limits according to states.The age limit for UPSC Civil Service IAS examination is same throughout the country & it is as follows:
General category - 21-30
OBC- 21-33
SC/ST - 21-35
Persons With Disabilities - 21-40
Note: All the upper age limits to be calculated as on the 1st august of the respective year.
