your age should be between 18-20 yrs. to take foundation classes for IAS prelims exam. and after 21 you can apply for it. Its eligibility criteria is mention below:-

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Should be graduate from recognized university.
2. Age should be for General :- 21-30 yrs.
OBC :- 21-33 yrs.
SC/ST :- 21-35 yrs.
3. Should be citizen of India.

To become an IAS office you will have appear in Civil Service Exam which is conducted by upsc every year

For Civil Service Exam candidate age must be between 21-30 years as on 1st August of the year

Age relaxation for OBC 3 years
For SC/ST 5 years
For Ex-Servicemen 5 years



So dear your age should be minimum 21 year and maximum 30 year for Civil Service Exam
