Dear we are really sorry to say that diploma holder candidates are not eligible to apply for UPSC civil services exams because UPSC board demands only degree and it may be any one of the - BA/BBA/BCA/BBM/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech/BE/B.VSc/B.FSc/B.Arch./BDS/MBBS/etc. but if you have completed your diploma after completing 12th exams then you are not eligible to apply for this exam and if you are interested to join civil services then you should join any college or institute and pursue any one of the above mentioned degree which is interested for you and also join any coaching institute for civil services with your degree and prepare for the exam and when you comes in the final year of your degree then you should apply for preliminary exam and you would be prepared for 2 years so that there would be more chances to get qualified in the prelims of the UPSC civil services exams.
