Physical handicapped students have many benefits in Civil Service Examination.
Age limit for general category students is 21-30.But 10 years relaxation for physically handicapped students.
Number of attempts for general category is four.But a physically handicapped candidates shall be eligible for seven attempts.
Some seats are also reserved for physically handicapped students.

IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Services which is conducted by UPSC.
As you know IAS exam does not requires any percentage requirement. Therefore Any category are Eligible with pass marks(Physically handicapped)
General Age limit is 21-30 years.
There is 10 years age relaxation for PH candidates.
There is Different numeric of attempts;-
General category- 4 times
OBC- 7 times
There is no limit for SC/ST and PH candidates.

answer of your question is definitely yes because you will get an special age relaxation in the civil services
examination.
there is an special facility for the physically handicapped persons in the age criteria .
see the age criteria to understand what benefit you'll get in the examination :-
age criteria:-
1. the age required for general category:- 21-30 years.
2. the age criteria for obc category :- 21-33 years.
3. the age criteria for sc/st category:- 21-35 years.
but there is an special facility for the candidate who are physically handicapped or ex-serviceman.
they will get an age relaxation of 10 years and 5 years respectively.
so if you get 10 years age relaxation according to your category then the age criteria is become different for you .
age criteria for you:-
1. if you are a general category candidate :- 21-40 y.
2. __________obc_//_______________:- 21-43 y.
3. if you are an sc/st category candidate:- 21-45 y.
