there no compulsory subject for 12th but if you belongs from english then it is easy to clear it.
otherwise you should have passion and knwledge then only you can done it ..
and if you doing preparation from 12th then it is more useful for you and you can do it easily but be in same passion .

There are no specific subjects that one needs to take in class 11th for the upsc prespective because the eligibility of giving the upsc exam does not depend on the higher secondary subjects. It does not even depends on your subjects of graduation. the eligibility states that you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years
