Yes,definitely you can choose graduation subjects as optional subjects for IFS exam. As you Said in your B.Sc you have subjects like Botany, Chemistry and Zoology. And if you consider my advice than you must choose Botany and Zoology as your optional subjects for IFS Mains exam.
Eligibility Criteria for IFS Exam:
>>you must hold a Bachelor�s degree with at least one of the subjects Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology,Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor�s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering from recognized college or university.
>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. there is relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Preliminary Examination : Two papers in objective type pattern and each paper contains 200 marks, qualifying in preliminary examination is mandatory
Mains Examination : Following 6 papers will be conducted in conventional type pattern and qualifying in each paper is mandatory, all question's answers must be written in english only
