Sorry but the cutoff marks are depended on the type of examinations they conduct which are highly subtle with varied change.

Each and every year the merit list or cut off marks list is variable. No percentage or marks is fixed by upsc for the any exam.

So it is difficult to assume what is the cut off marks.

It is almost above the 60% of the cut off marks list .
