exam during AUGUST month is NDA II
only difference between NDA I & NDA II is age limit.

There is no difference between the NDA-I & II in fact both are one and the same . NDA stands for National Defence Academy and entry for this is the NDA exams . It is conducted twice in a year by UPSC and that is called NDA-I and NDA-II . The exam is conducted in the months of april and september and to apply for it notifications are issued well in advance !!!
no cant get the manual applications but you should apply online only in the official website of UPSC .

1. Go to the website www.upsconline.com
2. click the link for NDA-II {open session for sept is ongoing }
3. enter your correct details
4. upload your photo and signature
5. pay the examinations fees Rs.50
6. e-hall ticket will be available after a few weeks
7. download it and appear for the exam in the given centre .
There is no difference between NDA I and NDA II examination . This examination is conducted twice in a year as namely called as NDA I and NDA II .

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN nda-I & NDA-II except the date of conduction of the examination. since UPSc conducte's NDA for the aspirants who want to be part of three armed forces just after their 10+2, gives this examination which is condcuted bi-annually by the names NDA-I &NDA_II this is just called as so one can spot the difference of dates of conduction ,so as no. confusion created because of the same.

-The NDA examinations are conducted twice in an year by the UPSC,in the month of April and September respectively.
-These are known as NDA-I and NDA-II respectively.There is no difference between them at all,except the fact that they are conducted in two different times in an year.
-The notifications of application forms are released in the month of January and May respectively,on the official website of the UPSC.
-The eligibility requirements essential to appear the exams are given below-
# You must hold a citizenship to India.
# You must be 16.5 to 19 years of age,with no relaxation of any sorts allowed.
# You must have passed your 10+2 board exams from a recognized board or university.
Final year students are also applicable.
# You must have had Physics and Maths as your subjects at 10+2 level for applying for Navy and Air Wing.
# You must meet the physical and medical requirements of the NDA once you qualify the written exams.
-The notifications of the NDA-II have just closed in the first week of June this year.
You can apply for NDA-I in 2013.

National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA) is held twice a year by upsc. once in april and once in august.
NDA exam of april is called NDA I and NDA exam of august is called NDA II.
