UPSC CSE is conducted in 3 phases viz. Prelims/CSAT exam,Mains exam and Interviews.

Civil service Exam is conducted by Union public Service Commission and this exam is conducted by every year if you interest to apply this exam you should be have this eligibility criteria's
The Applicant should be complete the Bachelor degree or Engineering degree in any stream from recognized university and there is no mimum percentage of mark for this examination and final year candidates also eligible for this examination and the Applicant should be Citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan or Nepal and The General Applicant age limit should between 21 to 30 years and for Other Backward Caste Applicant age limit should between 21 to 33 years and for SC/ST Candidate age Limit should between 21 to 35 years And the Applicant should be Physically fit for this examination

After Graduation in B.com you can apply the civil service exam to go for civil service.Civil service exam is very competitive exam conducted by UPSC every year.
The candidates are apply the exam through online or off line procedure.
On line:
Through on line one should visit the website of UPSC & fill up the form according to the instruction given on the website.they have to pay the application fee through on line payment.Application fee is not needed for SC/ST.
Off line:
if candidates are prefer to forward their application through off line then they should purchase the application form from the post office/Head post office all over the country & sent the fill up the application form to secretary of UPSC.
The exam consist of 3 stages:
1.Preliminary:-
Usually conducted in month of May.The questions are of objective types.it is just a qualifying exam.
2.Main Exam(written):
The exam conducted during the month of October/november.
after qualifying the preliminary exam one can appear the main exam.Candidates are allow to choose 2 optional subjects.
All the question papers for the exam will be essay type.
3.Interview:
To qualifying the main exam with a good rank one can go for interview round.The aim of the interview is to test their mental ability,personality.intellectual qualities.
Then the candidate who are secured good rank go for training.They are posted as per requirement of the central/state Govt. organization.
