Hello,
NCERT books are the most refined texts for any subject.TYhey are well researched and written by experts in their respective fields. Whereas, there is nothing as CBSE books. The books that are taught in various CBSE schools are written by individual writers and most of them are written by school teachers who do not have any prior experience of book-writing. The CBSE schools also recommend certain books but not because of their quality content but due to their commission.
Thanks,
