What does "Not yet Notified" from IES department mean? Whether my Form is Rejected?

Hi,
I have applied for UPSC-IES 2010. I got a letter having photocopy of my application which is having stamp, Not yet notified.
Please tell me, What it mean??
Is my form is rejected??
Please give me a UPSC contact number ??

Sorry friend,but your form has been rejected.You may have submitted an incomplete form or it may have contained some error.Or you couldn't have accessed through the eligibility criteria.
Still from Next time you must check all the details like photographs,signatures,informations before submitting it finally.

dear friend in my opinion you filled the form before any notification was made by the upsc and if you filled the form after the notification then just remember next time that apply through online mode only so that you can check the status of your form regularly so dont worry and try next time

i think you have filled the form before notication so you form has been rejected.you should regularly visit upsc website for notification.from next time apply online

dear it means your form is rejected...you may forgot to give all necessary details like date of birth or your qualifications etc or may be you were not eligible but still you applied for it...
