However, you may try by sending a letter to the upsc head highlighting your problem along with an attested copy of your filled form......

filling the form needs due care but since the mistake is made u cannot apply for the second time since it may lead to cancellation , further details please contact the upsc online website

If the mistake is from your side,then its incorrigible.Your form is on the verge of rejection as the UPSC is very strict in assessing the forms.
But if the mistake is from the side of UPSC,then please let them know,on their official website-www.upsc.gov.in

Dear aspirant,There is not any another way to change the given informations after filling up the form off line(in online , there have last date to make changes).Sorry to say but Your form will be neglected due to marital status, try for next one with better luck.
hie friend you need not to bother on the first part where mistake has already been made ,just go for preparing exam, may be till the final interview call you get marry!because you cant do anything or ask upsc itself by its contact no.what can one do or contact them on thier website!
dear its not a small mistake ,your eligibility is not correct due to this in case you clear the exam then also you will be unable to get the job,don't worry you can try next time also and be careful next time because mistakes like this are incurable

I am afraid this cannot be undone now that your application is taken with the status you mentioned.You can still contact the upsc officials and try and find out if anything can be done in this regard by visitin their website http://upsc.gov.in
Please be careful from next time onwards because upsc is very strict regarding the minute details of the application form.
