Hello Friend,

UPSC conducts civil service exam (CSE)through which IRS officers are recruited. IRS(IT) is related to direct tax collection and IRS(Customs and Excise) is related to indirect tax collection. You need to apply for CSE (Prelims) 2013 by filling an online application form. The last date of application submission is 04 March'2013. The notification for the exam will be out by 02 Feb' 2013. The exam will be conducted on 19 May' 2013.
